Chris and his team installed our pool a couple years ago when he was affiliated with another pool company. I recently had an issue with my pool water suddenly dropping a few inches overnight and I reached out to Chris to see if he could help. He came over that same day, which was the Labor Day holiday to see if he could find the problem which put mind at ease right away. He had a couple of theories on what it could be and after consulting with his team he can back and did the repair at no cost. The fix work and we are now enjoying the rest of the pool season. What sets a pool company apart from the others is the excellent customer service you get after the install. Can’t go wrong with QC Pools and Backyards!

Good experience. He showed up on time & did what he said he would for the price he said he would. He resurfaced our deck and replaced the railing and stairs and a couple of other things. The deck came out really nice.
